ACTF Education

The ACTF Education website (https://education.actf.com.au) is a flagship digital platform developed by our team to support the Australian Children's Television Foundation (ACTF) in delivering high-quality, curriculum-aligned educational resources to teachers and students across the country. Our goal was to create a user-friendly, content-rich environment that empowers educators to integrate Australian children’s screen content into their teaching in meaningful and engaging ways.

Working closely with the ACTF, we designed and built a platform that houses an extensive collection of classroom-ready materials, aligned with the Australian Curriculum. From interactive modules and video resources to national competitions like the My Place Competition, the site supports diverse learning areas including civics, media studies, and respectful relationships. We ensured the backend architecture supports regular content updates, enabling ACTF to keep the site current and responsive to evolving educational needs.

User experience was a central focus throughout development. We implemented an intuitive filtering system allowing educators to quickly locate resources by year level, learning area, or topic. The website also reflects ACTF’s commitment to inclusivity and cultural respect, with dedicated space to acknowledge Traditional Owners and content that includes Indigenous perspectives.

From concept to launch, this project reflects our capability to deliver scalable, accessible, and pedagogically sound digital solutions. The ACTF Education site stands as a strong example of how we work collaboratively with clients to bring impactful educational platforms to life.
